Please note originals will be required for sighting. Application forms are available for sale at Maristo Private School Agbele Ikorodu. Application forms cost 1,500 NGN (one thousand, five hundred naira only).
Forms should be submitted along with the following:
- 01Two recent passport photographs.
- 02Photocopy of Birth Certificates
- 03Photocopy of immunization card
- 04Photocopy of form purchase receipt
- 05Photocopy of last academic result – for those applying from nursery 2 and above.
